A breakfast buffet service is provided, and during the summer, it is served on the pergola-covered terrace, overlooking the pool. The buffet offers a variety of organic farm products such as jam, honey, eggs, cheese, etc. Every morning the age-old aroma of freshly baked bread emanates from the wood-fired oven, enhancing the genuine tastes of the entire selection of buffet food.
FROM THE VEGETABLE GARDEN TO THE TABLE
We use only our very own organic, farm produce in our kitchens, from vegetables to meat, creating an assortment of delicious seasonal menus. Every evening guests can enjoy choosing a colourful array of starters from the buffet, followed by a wide selection of first courses and main dishes, based on the traditional cuisine of Tuscany and Lunigiana: platters of classic cold meats, chick pea and mixed bean soups, Tuscan soup, lentil soup, 'testaroli' with pesto sauce, porcini mushroom risotto, homemade pasta, stuffed pasta parcels, roast beef, other cuts of beef, lamb, chicken and more besides. Baked products from our wood-fired oven, rosemary and onion focaccia flatbread, pizza slices, complete this rich selection of age-old, traditional dishes.
The aroma and tastes of our traditional dishes, prepared with talent and passion by Giulio and Monique, are enhanced by the fragrant, extra-virgin olive oil produced on the farm, as well as the excellent wine.
